Focus. is a small to-do app. This page explains, in plain language, what it stores, where that data lives, which outside services are involved, and how to delete your data.

What the app stores

For each task:

The app also keeps a few settings on your device only: dark mode, auto-fill mode and a daily count of completed focus tasks (used for the encouragement messages).

Where your tasks are stored

While you are signed in, Supabase Realtime sends private change notifications to your account's connected devices so they can fetch updated tasks automatically. These notifications contain no task titles or descriptions. The live connection closes when you sign out.

Google sign-in

Signing in is optional. When you sign in, Google shares your account’s email address and basic profile information (such as your name and profile picture) with the app to identify your account. Your email address is shown in Settings. The app never sees your Google password.

Analytics

The app uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, device and browser information, and approximate location. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. Your tasks, email address and account are never sent to Google Analytics.

Deleting your data

What the app does not do
